Mondloch Remodeling service is amazing! From start to finish he was there to ensure every part of our addition was exactly as we dreamed. He helped us with every facet with patience and quality of materials he used. We have received many compliments on the windows he picked out and the color siding along with the color of the roof shingles. He turned our old house which was the eyesore on the block to the nicest house on the block. We highly recommend John Mondloch Remodeling and his highly crafted team that performs the work. We removed a wall between our kitchen and dining room and did a complete remodel of the new, larger room. John and his crew are a terrific remodeling team. They are careful and detail oriented. John did a nice job of helping us figure out exactly what we needed and kept to his schedule. He selects quality subs and a couple of minor items after the project was finished were corrected immediately. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen, back hall, and half-bath. John and his crew, who are all highly skilled problem solvers and a pleasure to work with, did an excellent job from the proposal, demo, high-quality work, to finish and follow-up. He’s not afraid to offer his professional opinion when it comes to materials, colors, design, etc. The work is done according to schedule – there is no waiting for someone to show up, you know what’s happening each day, and the crew cleans up thoroughly everyday. Our project was the start of finishing off the basement. We had a bathroom, bedroom and a storage (Christmas) room done at the time. To date we haven’t done anything further. The project involved doing the prep work, sheetrocking, and finishing work of those rooms. Totally impressed with how clean the workmen kept things – at the end of the day I felt they had done their best to eliminate the dust and tracking up to the main level. All of the workers were very easy to have in my home, and treated our place and us with respect and courtesy.

JMR had replace our worn out basement windows few years ago. We were very happy with the work they did. Last summer we needed to have our roof replaced and a couple windows. We called John and in a couple days we had an estimate, a slate of samples along with suggestions based on the color of our home and the look we were trying to achieve. It took few days to finish and our house looks amazing!! The crew was fabulous, very friendly, respectful, and professional. The area around our house was kept clean. We couldn’t be happier having John as our contractor!
