The homeowner’s objective for this project was to expand the outdoor living space. John Mondloch Remodeling converted the existing deck into a screened enclosure and then incorporated a new deck. The screened porch allows the homeowner to enjoy the summer breeze without the annoyance of bugs. The deck is maintenance free using composite decking materials and an aluminum railing.
